This 6 week session is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow style classes. This practice is taught as an all-levels class with options for prop use and modifications.

This class is equally accessible and beneficial to both brand-new practitioners and seasoned yogis alike. There is always something new to be discovered when you step on your mat.

Hatha Yoga is taught as a foundational practice focused on intentional pauses within asanas (postures) enabling + empowering you to find presence in mind + body. The intention is to find what truly feels good in YOUR body.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a practice that connects breath with movement to create dynamic flowing sequences that will have your heart pumping and your mind clear.

You will receive your zoom link and details within 24 hours of registration and payment- please watch your junk folder in the event you do not see it right away.
