YIN + PIN with Marie and Hailey

This 90 minute workshop is designed with relaxation and deep healing in mind, combining the Yin Yoga Practice with the healing properties of Traditional Chinese Medicine + Acupuncture.

Yin Yoga is a quiet and contemplative practice that targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues such as joints, ligaments + fascia. This slow, and low to the ground practice is a perfect compliment to yang yoga styles that target the muscles.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.
